User – any person using the Portal excluding the Manager |

Seller – a User using the Portal to sell goods or services to other Users |

Buyer – a User using the Portal to buy goods or services from other Users |

Manager – a person managing the Portal and representing interinformer |

User information – data about the User: person identification data, personal information as defined by the Latvian Personal Data Protection Law: http://www.ttc.lv/export/sites/default/docs/LRTA/Likumi/Personal_Data_Protection.doc, data provided by the User to the Portal, data automatically collected by the Portal. |

The objective of Privacy policy |
| 2.1. |
This Privacy policy applies to all interinformer services in order to preserve the privacy of the User. |

Collecting and using information at interinformer |
| 3.1. |
The purpose of collecting User information at interinformer is to establish and maintain communications between the Buyer and the Seller and promote execution of sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller. |

In order to ensure provision of complete and high quality services to the User interinformer collects and processes the following User information: |

Personal identification information like first name, last name, address, personal id, contact details, birth date, and other. This information helps to establish communication between the Buyer and the Seller. The User provides this information during registration at the Portal. |

3.2.2. |
Information required to authorize the User at the Portal. The User provides this information during registration at the Portal. |
|
3.2.3. |
Information about the buying needs of the User, sales proposals of the User, messages addressed to or received from other Users or the Manager, informational messages, other information submitted to the Portal by the User which helps to establish and maintain communication between the Buyer and the Seller, promote execution of sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller and improve interinformer services. The User provides this information during the use of the Portal. |

3.2.4. |
Cookies – a small file or a sequence of characters which identifies Users' browser in a unique way and allows the Portal to preserve User properties for the next use of the Portal. This makes the use of the Portal more convenient for the User. interinformer receives this information automatically during the use of the Portal by the User. |

3.2.5. |
Information about User authorization requests. Each time the User is trying to authenticate at the Portal the Portal software collects the data about authorization request. This reduces the risks related to unauthorized access to the User profile at the Portal. |

The event log collecting information about User activities at the Portal. This reduces the risks associated with execution of unauthorized or mistaken User activities. interinformer receives this information automatically during the use of the Portal by the User. |

User information splits into multiple types according to its availability to other Users and the Manager: |

User information which is available to the User him/herself and the Manager only, i.e. personal id, birth date. |

3.3.2. |
User information which is available to the User him/herself, to the Manager and to those Users who are engaged in sales negotiations with the User, i.e. User contact details, phone, e-mail. |

User information which is available to all registered users and the Manager. |
|
3.3.4. |
User information which is available to all users and the Manager. |

interinformer may ask the User for additional clarifications in order to verify information provided by the User or make it more precise. |
| 3.5. |
interinformer processes the User information only for the purposes declared at the time of receiving this information from the User. |
| 3.6. |
interinformer will ask the User for additional confirmation in order to use User information for the purposes other than declared at the time of receiving. |
| 3.7. |
interinformer does not collect the User information which is not addressed to the purposes declared at the time of receiving the information. |
| 3.8. |
interinformer does not collect or process the sensitive information of the User like health information. |
| 3.9. |
interinformer performs activities to ensure the complete, precise and up to date User information. However interinformer is highly dependent on the User while performing these activities. |

interinformer does not store the User information for the period longer than required by the purpose it was collected for. |
| 3.11. |
Most browsers nowadays use cookies. The User can disable them in his/her browser in order to reduce the amount of the User information being collected. Some features of the Portal may not be available to the User as a result. |

The User is free to refuse to provide the User information to interinformer. In this case interinformer is not able to provide its services to the User. |

Passing information to third parties |

interinformer passes the User information to third parties under the following circumstances only: |

The user has provided his/her permission to pass information to third parties |

The receiving third party has accepted the privacy conditions defined by interinformer |

The receiving third party has confirmed that it will use the User information only for the purposes it was initially collected for |

interinformer may pass the User information to third parties if this is required by law. |

Information security |

interinformer processes the User information on servers in Latvia and other countries of the European Union. |

interinformer takes reasonable security measures to protect the User information from unauthorized access, use or destruction. This includes but is not limited to |

regular audits of information and operations |

5.2.2. |
registration, analysis, resolution and prevention of security incidents |

5.2.3. |
physical protection of information in order to avoid the unauthorized access to or the destruction of the storage devices containing User information |

interinformer limits access to the User information to its employees and to the contracting persons who require this information to ensure the provision of interinformer services and who have signed a special non-disclosure agreement with interinformer, i.e. the data operator company. |

The data operator of the User information is GARM TECHNOLOGIES, Limited liability company registered at Ģertrūdes iela 47-6, Rīga, LV-1011, Latvija, Registration No. 40103120010 |

The supervisor of the User information is interinformer. |

| 6. |
Accessing and updating information |
| 6.1. |
interinformer makes good faith efforts in order to provide the User with access to his/her information and ensure that the User information is complete, precise and up to date. |
| 6.2. |
The User can add, change or delete his/her information by himself/herself or by submitting an application to the Manager. |
| 6.3. |
In order to preserve User privacy every change to the User information must be preceded by authorization and identification of the person performing the change either as the User or as the Manager. |
| 6.4. |
interinformer may refuse the change of the User information if the change violates the privacy of other persons, requires unreasonably high efforts or technical resources in order to introduce the change, i.e. changing the User information at the data backup copies. |

Changes to the Privacy policy |
| 7.1. |
interinformer may introduce changes to the Privacy policy by publishing the most up to date version of the document at the Portal. |
